Rickling Green Walk

posted in: Uncategorized | 0
Today our walk started from the village of Rickling Green, Essex.  Our leader was Peter and Gill acted as the back-marker.  14 members attended.  We started the walk from the Cricketers Arms public house which looks over the village green.  Cricket has been played on Rickling Green since 1850 and is still played throughout the summer months.
The route took us through 2 large woods which will shortly be carpeted with bluebells.  The pictures from this walk are viewable on the Gallery page.
