Storm Darragh hit Cambridgeshire with strong winds and rain but 8 brave members attended the walk. The weather on the 1st August 1995 was very different as Boxworth had the highest temperature ever recorded 35.2 °C. Mike and Amy our leaders took us to Overhall Grove, Knapwell. There are several large oak trees in the wood  which are over 250 years old. Also in the wood is the “Red Well” the waters were reputed to have medicinal properties i.e. contained iron.
