The following social event took place – Robinson College Cambridge, Garden Tour. 18 members attended. Our tour was led by the Head Gardener – Guy. He informed us that the college was founded in 1977 and in 1981 was formally opened by the late Queen. In total there are 800 trees in the garden. We also visited the chapel the stained glass windows were amazing, they were designed by John Piper. After the tour we enjoyed a delicious cream tea.
