A glorious Autumn Day for our 5-mile walk. 29 attended with Christine joining us a guest. The walk commenced from the Pike and Eel Hotel. It is legend that Oliver Cromwell held council of war at this establishment.
Carolyn and Jacqui our leaders took us around the Hanson RSPB wetland reserve,
this is rich in wildlife.
By 2030 this will cover 700 hectares.
