Easter Sunday walk – 24 of us gathered in the car park of the village hall in Debden, Essex. for a 5.5-mile walk. Our leader was Eddie with John acting as the back-marker. Part of the route was very muddy but we managed to plough through !!. Eddie pointed out to us the trig point overlooking Newport, with amazing views. We had a picnic lunch followed by delicious home-made cakes from Christine and John. Denis kindly provided the tea.
