It was a wet start to our 6 mile walk this morning but 31 of us gathered outside the Golden Fleece public house in Braughing. Our leader Peter informed us that Braughing is famous for their pork sausages. The recipe dates from 1920 and they were made by the local butcher Douglas White and his wife Anna.
