19 of us gathered at 10.15 a.m. on Ashwell, Herts recreation ground for our ramble. Ian our leader, gave us details of the route that we would be taking. The first part of the walk we passed through a field of sun flowers which we all admired. Our route took us on a newly re-established bridleway. Making our way back to the starting point passing “Bygrave International Airport” – joke. !!!
